How do I secure a Package, after reviewing them below?

Step #1

Review the Package options below (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Premier) and decide which best fits your goals.
Fill out the Contact Us form below and let us know which package you are interested in.
We will reach out by phone to discuss details, payment options, and answer questions.
We offer payment plans by allowing you to pay post-dated checks. The post-dated checks are filed in our office and we do not deposit the checks until the date in which they are noted arrives. We do it this way so that we are not in a position to have to "chase down" funds.
PAYMENT PLAN EXAMPLE: You choose a $2,000 package. You pay $500 down to secure the package. You give us (3) more post dated checks in the amount of $500 that are dated one month apart (or which ever dates we agree upon).

Step #2

We will email the Sponsorship Agreement to you.
You will reply to the email and send the requested information. It will request basic information on the company such as: Company Name, Contact Info, and Logo. It will also request the following if available: Website, Social Media Handles, Slogans, Taglines, etc.

Step #3

You will then remit the payment we agree upon by Credit Card, Venmo, Check or Cash.
You can sit back and let us do the rest of the work! We will take it from there. We will create all ads, commercials, artwork, flags, banners, shirts, jerseys, decals, etc.

This Package Level includes:

"Welcome everyone, to the Franklin Stampede Pro Rodeo, presented by "Sam's Club"! Make sure to support "Sam's Club" and let them know how much you appreciate them helping to bring such a great event to town! Stop by and visit with them in Vendor Row anytime this weekend!"

Most advertising will be similar to the following example: "The Franklin Stampede Pro Rodeo, presented by "Sam's Club", will be returning to Franklin, TN November 20-21!"
You'll be presented with a custom Gold Buckle in the arena each night (or we can mail it to you). The announcer will make a really big deal out of this for the crowd and will throw tons of props your way for being the Premier Sponsor and helping to make the event possible.
You may place Logoed Vehicles and/or Equipment on display in the arena with your flashers on for the 2 hours prior to rodeo start time. This will get you a lot of attention as the crowd quickly arrives to grab and save good seats.
A Custom Company Flag with your Logo will be flown by horseback during the event.
Your Company Logo will be embroidered on the year-end Leather Finals Jackets
Radio Ads (If applicable / we often feel that we gain more exposure by investing heavier in Social Media)
Custom Commercial Created (Displayed on our Social Media and the LED Display Screen at the Event)
(6) Banner in the Arena (more than any other sponsor)
Social Media (we will link you to the Event's Social Media for Exposure and will advertise your.....Website, Social Media Handles, Products and Services, Logo, Contact info
Website (Your Logo will be on the TOP of the Event's Website)
More Live Recognition by the Announcer over any other Sponsor
40 Tickets (20 VIP / 20 Gen Admission)
20 VIP "Behind the Chutes" Experience Passes
4 Tickets for Staff working the Vendor Booth
A very large 30' x 30' Vendor Booth Display
Commercial aired several times at the Rodeo
Your Logo will be on the top Cover Photo of the events Facebook Page
LED Display Screen (10'x20') at the event will run your Ads
