Fundraiser Opportunity for your team at the Pro Rodeo!

We would love to discuss your organization becoming a part of our Pro Rodeo team!  We can always use volunteers for the event!  If you partner with us, we will allow your organization to treat it as a Fundraiser by doing the following:

• Accepting Donations at the Event which has 5,000+ attendees   (You may set up a tent in vendor row, have people walk around with donation buckets, etc)
• Selling Raffle Tickets for a Drawing: Depending on how many volunteers you are able to provide, we may even provide the gift for the Raffle (Example: $1,000 Visa gift card (or we could do 2 for $500 each, etc.).  The raffle can begin weeks before the event and extend a few weeks after to give your team even more time to get out there and sell tickets!

We will need volunteers to help set up a few days before the event, work a few hours both days of the actual event, and help break down afterwards. Volunteers may sign up and come in shifts so the same people do not have to be there the entire time.  Please complete the application below if your team is interested.  We'll reach back out to you to discuss the details!  If we do NOT reach out, it simply means that the position is already filled.  Thank you!
