We deliver high caliber, intense, adrenaline pumping Pro Rodeo that will feature Top Cowboys and Cowgirls from all over! Gates open 2 hours prior to the beginning of the Rodeo, which is a great time to meet and greet the attendees, as well as gain additional leads. There will be no need to be concerned about weather, as this is a completely covered weather-proof venue featuring seating for thousands.

Commercial Aired Several times at the Rodeo

Here is what we will require from you:

A fee that we can negotiate that is fair for both parties.....let's discuss.
Please deliver and loan us one Medium sized Tractor with a 3-point hitch that will be used to prepare the soil (we have our own implements).
Please deliver and loan us one enclosed cab Skidster with tracks capable of lifting 3,500 lbs. at least 4' high (including forks and 1 yard bucket). This will be used to set up and tear down of the event.
We will need the Skidster for 1-2 days on the week of July 20th to set up the Arena (we will let you know the days as time approaches). You may pick it up after we set up if you like, or you may leave it at the Church Property (either is fine). We will need it back onsite to complete any final event set up on Wednesday July 29th. It can them be picked back up on Monday August 3rd.
We will need the Tractor on July 29th to prep the arena soil. It can them be picked back up on Monday August 3rd.
Please ensure both units are full of fuel.

How do I secure this Sponsorship Package?

Step #1

Fill out the Contact Us form below and let us know that you are interested. You may fill out the Advertising Campaign requested info there now as well if you would like, or you can do that later (Logo, Etc.).
We will reach out by phone to discuss details, payment options, and answer questions.
We offer payment plans by allowing you to pay post-dated checks. The post-dated checks are filed in our office and we do not deposit the checks until the date in which they are noted arrives. We do it this way so that we are not in a position to have to "chase down" funds.

PAYMENT PLAN EXAMPLE: You choose a $1,500 package. You pay $500 down to secure the package. You give us (2) more post dated checks in the amount of $500 that are dated one month apart (or which ever dates we agree upon)..

Step #2

We will email the Sponsorship Agreement to you.
It will request basic information on the company such as: Company Name, Contact Info, and Logo. It will also request the following if available: Website, Social Media Handles, Slogans, Taglines, etc.
You will reply to the email and send the requested information.

Step #3

You will then remit the payment we agree upon by Credit Card, Venmo, Check or Cash.
You can sit back and let us do our thing! We will take it from there. We will create all ads, commercials, artwork, flags, banners, shirts, jerseys, decals, etc.
