SPONSORSHIP SUBMISSION FORM

We will need the following information in order to build a successful campaign for your Company.  Please review the items numbered below, then go to the Submission Form and relay the information that correlates with the same number.  

#1).  Send us your logo(s) in the highest resolution possible.

#2).  Send the following information about the company:  Business Name, Website, Address, Phone Number, Email, Social Media Handles, etc.  Also, include any Slogan, Tag Line, and/or Mission Statement.

#3). THIS ONE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, so please don't skip.  We don't know your business like you do, so I can assure you that this verbiage will be better coming from you, than us.  Please send verbiage that may be used on Social Media, a commercial, and/or read by the Announcer.  We don't mind helping you with this but at least get us started, as you know a lot more about your business than we do.  Example:  "Smith Electric is a partner of the Chattanooga Stampede Pro Rodeo! This group has over 30 years of experience! They are licensed, insured and have an outstanding reputation! Give them a call today for any of your electrical service needs!"

#4). If your package includes a Commercial, please send Photos and/or Video(s) that we can use to represent your company.  Use "Attach Files" link at the bottom of the Submission Form below.  These may be used on a commercial that we create to share on Social Media and/or displayed on the large LED Display Screen at the Event.  If you create a video to send us (of your store, etc.), please don't "walk".  It makes the video look "bouncy".  Stay in one location and pan around.

#5).  If your package includes a Vendor Display Booth at the Event, and you need help with anything, let us know.  You may need brochures, business cards, a table cloth with your logo on it, Pop-up Tent with your logo on it, etc.  We are willing to help you with this if needed.  If your package did NOT include a vendor booth, but you'd like one, let us know that as well.
