FAQ'S TO REVIEW PRIOR TO REDEEMING YOUR TICKETS

There are a total of 2 performances (Friday and Saturday).  Each ticket is valid for one use per performance.  

• Once the ticket has been scanned, it is no longer valid for any other performance.
• Example:  if someone within your party would like to attend both performances, they will need to use 2 tickets. 

You may use your complimentary VIP tickets to………

• Attend the VIP “Behind the Chutes” Experience which will begin Saturday afternoon (April 4th) at 3:30pm SHARP. Come in and sit near the arena (a crowd will be gathering).  Please be at the arena 20 minutes early so we can scan your tickets.  The VIP Experience usually takes around 1 hour, depending on how engaged and involved the attendees are.  After the VIP “Behind the Chutes” Experience is completed, you are free to stay or leave (are return closer to rodeo start time). The doors to the public will open on Saturday night at 5:30pm and the rodeo will begin at 7:30pm. 
• Please sit in the “VIP ONLY” seating section on Saturday night. 

 No. If you have VIP tickets but are unable to attend the Saturday night performance, you may redeem them as a General Admission Ticket for Friday night.   

• As a reminder, the VIP “Behind the Chutes” Experience will be Saturday night ONLY!  The VIP seating area is for Saturday ONLY as well (there will be NO VIP seating section on Friday)

Please have your email containing your tickets pulled up on your phone when you arrive at the gate so that we can scan them.  If you would like a physical copy of the ticket, simply print it from your email and have them in hand at the gate. 

You will need to print them off and deliver them to the party so that they can have them with them at the gate to enter.  Another option is that they can enter the gate with you, and they can be scanned from your phone.

No.  If you have additional questions, or need additional help, please get with me ASAP.  As much as I love to chit chat with you guys, it's difficult to nail me down for over 30 seconds at the event because we are so busy at that point with the actual production and making sure it runs smoothly (there are a lot of moving parts).  I'm also a Pickup Man (I get the bronc riders safely to the ground, drag bulls out of the arena, etc.) and am highly involved with the actual performance, contestants, etc.  I'm usually on horseback.  If you need me, the best time to get me will be prior to Thursday, April 2nd.  Thanks for understanding!

If your package includes a display area in Vendor Row, you are free to begin setting up on Friday, April 3rd at 9:00am.  You don't have to begin then, but it needs to be completed by 4:30pm.  The spots are first come - first serve so I recommend being there as soon as you can. The other vendors (that are not sponsors) will begin setting up at 11:00am, so you have an opportunity to have a better location.   If you are one of the larger displays, please reach out to me asap so that we can plan your arrival so that no one is in your way and so that we may make sure that we provide adequate space for you.      

• If you need power in your booth, there will be a $60.00 fee per outlet for the weekend and this will need to be paid in advance (let me know if you need power).    
• You will be given 2 wristbands per booth, and they would need to be displayed at all times for our monitors to see.  If you plan on having more than 2 people in your booth, you will need to use some of your complimentary tickets that came with your sponsorship package or purchase additional wristbands through me.  Gates will open at 5:30pm each night (Friday and Saturday) and we would like for your booth to be operating at that time please.  The rodeo begins at 7:30pm. 

We will require everyone to evacuate the premises at a certain time before gates open (Usually around 5:00pm).  We require everyone to go out the gates and re-enter.  The reason for this is that a lot of people slip in before gates officially open.  This allows us to properly scan tickets for entry, etc.
